iContact is a simple, finger-friendly contacts application for Windows Mobile 5.0 and higher devices that replaces the default contacts application on the WinMo. With iContact, it is easy to scroll your contacts by sliding down your finger on the screen. It’s as simple as a Tap, Drag, Release.
It not only shows the contacts list, but also the recent call list, and also an alphabet grid – clicking an alphabet takes you to the first contact with name starting from that alphabet. You can also mark contacts as favorites, and reach them quickly through the favorites view.
Clicking a contact takes you to the details view. which is also enhanced from the default contact details view.
The details view give you all the options to communicate with the contact, and also to add the contact as a favorite.
iContact can be configured by tweaking the settings from Start>Settings>System>iContact.
The freeware application is available in over 25 languages and is easily skin-able. An iPhone skin can be downloaded from the developer’s site. iContact supports any screen size. The latest version released this month stores settings in WinMo registry and the .cab file is lighter by 20%.
Download the .cab file (86.2 KB) from the developer’s Website at http://www.supware.net/iContact/ or snap the tag below for direct download.
